Very cozy cottage on beautiful 50 acre Neva Lake. Located just 
minutes north of Antigo. Relaxing, quiet and private updated cottage 
located on a peaceful point in which you can see water from almost 
anywhere you look. Situated on a point with 380 ft of water 
frontage. Enjoy smores by the fire, look at the stars and listen to 
the frogs. Great lake for pontooning,kayaking,canoing, swimming and 
fishing. Located near public hunting land. A true retreat! 
Furniture, Appliances and aluminum porta-dock are all in great 
condition and available for your use.  Should you need to sleep more 
than 4-5 adults there is a pop up camper on site for overflow.

Enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, ice 
skating, skiing, ATVs, campfires and more at this private, rural, 
peaceful, retreat just 10 mins from civilization (and the local Wal 
Mart) for all your essentials during your stay.  There is a public 
boat landing at the end of the road (approx 1/8 mile).  There are 
strict speed limitations on this lake (no wake) that must be adhered 
to.  The pontoon boat in the photo is NOT available for use with 
rental.

Located in town of Neva just miles north of Antigo, Wi.  Many 
Northwoods bars, restaurants and other attractions await you.

Rates are $75 per night or $400 per week plus refundable security 
deposit of $250.  2 night minimum required.  Includes complete use 
of fully furnished premesis.  Stove, refrigerator, wahser/dryer, and 
dishes/utensils all on site.  All you need to bring in are linens, 
activity appropriate gear, and food.  There is no trash pick so it 
must leave with tenant at end of stay.  Credit checks are a must on 
all rental applicants.
