Across from the ocean and beach, tropically furnished three bedroom, 
two bath condo that sleeps six adults very comfortably. We have the 
King bedroom, with sliding doors to the Lanai, and outside 
dining area with a gas BBQ, The Queen room, and the Twin room. All 
bedrooms have lush, soft linens, tropical furnishings, ceiling fans, 
large closets, and windows for the ocean breezes, and lots of 
sundrenched light.
Our fully equipped kitchen is totally furnished with all dishes, 
cooking utensils,microwave,coffee maker and grinder, toaster, 
blender,spices,and everything you will need for cooking.
We have TV,DVD,VCR,lots of movies, stereo CD player,and radio 
available for your 
enjoyment.as well as reading materials, and brochures for all the 
islands attractions and restaurants. We supply iron, and ironing 
board,and hair dryer for your use, and a full size washer and dryer.
We have local phone service,or calling cards for long distance. Cell 
phone reception 
is very good here for most phones.

We are located in one of the most desirable areas of the Big Island, 
along the South Kalaha Coastline. We are known to have excellent 
snorkeling, beachcombing, exploring tidepools, swimming,and diving. 

We have an ideal climate year round for vacationing in the 
sundrenched 
beaches of Puako. Tucked away and hidden from most tourist traffic, 
yet close to all the big resort amenities, like golfing, fine 
restuarants, and shopping. We have about ten days of rain a 
year, and temperatures 80-85 during the day, and 68-70 at night.
Whether you enjoy golfing, snorkling,diving, kayaking, or just 
relaxing and watching the turtles and dolphins at play, you will feel
in "Alohaland" at Puako Beach. We have two pools,adults and 
childrens,and the condo is surrounded in a lush, tropical gardens, 
with palms, banana trees (if ripe, for picking) citris fruits,and 
colorful, blooming trees and plants everywhere. 
We suppy beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach mats, cooler, beach 
umbrella, snorkle equipment, and Boogie boards.

Hapuna Beach, one of the top 10 beaches in the world, is two miles 
away.  It has a great white sandy beach, picnic tables, and 
pavillions, BBQ's, lifeguards on duty, showers,snackshop in the 
summer months, and is a great place to go for the day and swim, surf 
and Boogie board.


Waimea, town of the Parker Ranch, one of the largest in the world is 
12 miles away, and great for shopping, dining (great restaurants)or 
just taking in the great scenery.

Winter/Spring  January 16 to May 31, $155/night. Two night minimum

Summer/Fall    June 1 to October 31, $155/night. Two night minimum

Holiday Season November 15, to January 15, $175/night  One week 
minimum
