The apartment is on the second floor of a two family home minutes 
from downtown Portland. Non-smokers only.  The owners live on the 
first floor.  The apartment is adjacent to a neighborhood park that 
includes a playground, basketball and tennis courts, a 5K 
walk/running path around Back Cove pictured on webpage listing. 
Right off the path is a kayak/canoe launch accessible at mid-tide.

The apartment is fully furnished including sheets and towels.

Easily accessible to Route 295 and downtown Portland, minutes to 
miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Freeport is a 20 minute drive 
north, Boothbay Harbor is 45 minutes drive and Bar Harbor is three 
hours

Am open to exchange.  The exchange does not need to be 
simultaneous.  We do not leave Maine in the summer (for obvious 
reasons!) we would be interested in fall and/or spring when we would
