eat-in-kitchen and combination studio bed and living room. There is 
a small office wired with DSL Internet  that overlooks the bay.  
House phone with nationwide calling provided. Private drive and 
fenced backyard. No dishwasher or clothes washer and dryer but there 
is a laundry located extremely nearby. 

House is located in Conimicut where there is a small village with an 
antique shop, pizza shop and post office. Drive 10 minutes to T.F. 
Green Airport and 15 minutes to downtown Providence where you can 
also board a fast ferry to Newport, AMTRAK or a commuter rail to 
Boston.  Jamestown, Newport and a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and to 
Block Island are located less than 30 minutes away. Meanwhile 
Westerly, Watch Hill, Charlestown and Mystic are within 45 minutes 
or less.
