Unit 109 at One Ocean Place is located on first floor with 
magnificent ocean view! Building has two service elevators but since 
unit is on 1st floor, there's no need to wait! There are 4 levels of 
covered parking available. Security guard on premises.

There are two 3 to 5 foot deep outside swimming pools and two 
Jacuzzis. Lounge chairs and tables located around pools. South tower 
pool is heated during October and Easter week. Pools and Jacuzzis 
open till 11 P.M.!

Two car per unit parking allowed with security gate access! Ocean is 
a stone's throw from the unit! Life guard on duty directly in front 
of building from 9 am to 5 pm daily from May 31st till Labor Day! 
Beach chairs and umbrella rentals available! Fresh water showers

Amusement area located 1 mile south of condo on Atlantic avenue 
which features Rides for kids.  Also located on Atlantic avenue are 
local shops, and an arcade for kids. Other attractions in the area 
are: Legends in Concert 1 mile away; Alabama Theater and the House 
of Blues in Barefoot Landing, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede and 
Carolina Oprey, about a 1/2 hour ride north.  Broadway on the Beach, 
about 20 minutes north on 17 features many specialty shops, 
entertainment for the kids and adults, minature golf, a cinema with 
12 movie theaters, IMAX theater, Seaquarium and many great 
restaurants.  There is NASCAR which features go cart racing and a 
great restaurant plus an arcade for kids and adults.  Nearby is 
Planet Hollywood as well.  Visit the newly opened exciting Hard Rock
