 Description 


Adorable/Affordable 3 BR, 2 BA condo for up to five persons If you are looking for a great condo located right on the best beach in Puerto Vallarta. Look no more. Our condo has 3 bedrooms - one with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size and one bedroom has a single bed. In addition, you have two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen for your dining pleasure. The unit is located in the midst of million dollar homes directly on the first Conchas Chinas beach. You can easily walk into town along the beach or take the high road to Calle Santa Barbara. The unit is located in a charming 24 unit Mexican style condominium complex. You view directly onto the pool and garden area of the enclosed courtyard. This condo has two patios - one for outside dining and the other just outside the master bedroom. You can enjoy your morning coffee on your private patio or around the pool next to the beach. The complex offers an experienced and friendly condo administrator who speaks English and maid service three times per week. Town is a short 10 minute walk away - here you have all the convenience of the city without the resultant noise, beach vendors, and overcrowding of the city beach.

HIGH SEASON RATES: (Nov 1 through April 30) - $140/night One month or more $3,000 LOW SEASON RATES: (May 1 until Oct 31) $100/night One month or more - $2,000 HOLIDAY RATES: Xmas/New Years: 12/16 to 1/4 and week before Easter - $190/day Rates discounted to reflect current economic situation. PREFERRED GUESTS: Mature Adults MINIMUM STAY: Seven (7) days. Stays under the minimum are subject to an administration and cleaning fee of $150. SMOKING: This is a no smoking condo. If smoking on the deck is desired, an additional $250 will be charged for possible smoke eradication and other cleaning issues. PETS: Pets are not allowed. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $300 deposit is required at the time you reserve the unit which is returned to you intact after your occupancy if no damage or telephone charges have been incurred. USAGE PAYMENT: 50% due upon reservation and balance due in full 60 days prior to your occupancy. Payment can be remitted in a US dollar cashier's check or money order unless you have been a previous tenant. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel 60 days or more before occupancy date, you will lose your deposit and partial usage payment. If you cancel within 60 days of using the condo, then your fee can only be applied to a stay at a later date (to be arranged with the owner). At any time of cancellation, the security/damage deposit will be forfeited. Call or e-mail for possible last minute openings with discounted rates due to unexpected cancellations.
