A wonderful resort facing the ocean. Low key and very Hawaiian.
THE REOSRT is managed by the Outrigger Company. This resort is perfect
for
relaxation and natural beauty. There are two restaurants on the
premises, two pools, one heated, and one hot jacuzzi. The grounds are
beuatifuly landscaped, and there are several gas barbeques for your
enjoyment. All in all this is a great resort, and we discount the
rental price by about 30%. So for about $130 a night you can have a
great vacation right on the water. (the unit is a garden view studio)

This condo is a ground floor unit, so no stairs to climb or elevators
to take. All the buildings are only two story tall so you feel like
you are in a village. Our unit has two queen size beds. Nice
furniture in the Hawaiian tradition and nice Hawaiian artwork on the
walls. TV and CD player is there
although we recommend watching the sunsets instead. Full size kitchen
with dishwasher, stove, full size refrigerator, and table for four.

Attractions |

The location of this resort is it's biggest attraction. The Napili Bay
area of Maui is different from all the other areas in a way that for
one it is lot more lay back and quiet area of Maui. Not much is
happening here other that we do have a nice supermarket and a small
shopping center about 1/2 mile away. Nice ocean breezes make Napili
Area little cooler than Lahaina Area. No crowds and peaceful
atmosphere make this resort my favorete.

Rates |
|
Rates are $129 per night for all year round, except few weeks over
X-mas. Our rates are about 30% less than Outrigger rates (check for
yourself), and less than Expedia, and We own this unit and
we take pride in taking good care of it and making a nice vacation
experience for our guests. There is Hawaiian tax to be added and a
one time cleaning fee of $89.00. Parking is free and there is no "key
charge" as other owners at this resorts have to pay. We have a lock
box on our door, so after you make all the arrangements with us we
will give you a combination to this unit.
