This Resort was built 3 years ago!
I own a 5 Star timeshare and have this peak time! Thursday December
28th, 2006 until January 4th, 2006. Split this between 5 friends
and its less than $50 bucks a day per person. Save money on food
because there is a full kitchen with all full size appliances and
utensils. Gas Fireplace. DVD/VCR. Mini Stereo System. 2 bedrooms
with a murphy bed. Living area as well as dining area with place
settings for 8. Washer and Dryer. I am not willing to split up
this week at this price... Even if you went for less than 5 days it
would still be worth it when "Standard Hotel Rooms" at this time of
year are over $300 a night. Concierge and 24 hour front desk as
well at this resort.

I will have a simple lease agreement to protect both Leasee and
Leasor.
Payment Options:
$100 addl for Pay Pal but you can use your Credit Card or Direct
Deposit into any Wells Fargo Bank with no fees.
After Payment I will change my reservation name to yours and Email
or Fax you a copy, you can then verify this by calling the company
even to make sure your name on reservation.
Concierge at resort will help you with whatever discount tickets for
attractions you need.
