Hilo, 10 minutes from Pahoa, on the beautiful lushly green East Coast 
of the Big Island, Hawaii. 

The condo comfortably accommodates up to four people in a

Large ocean liners dock across the bay from the property and you can 
watch them arrive and leave from the lanai(balcony) as you relax with

The condo is a 10-minute drive to Pahoa from Hilo Airport or about a 
two hour drive from Kona. The "Country Club Hawaii" 
condo hotel is oceanside on the Hilo Bay at 121 Banyan Drive in Hilo. 

The surroundings are lush with orchids, plumeria, passion flowers, 
huge ancient Banyan trees named after movie stars who visited the 
area, and many palm trees. 

Colorful flowering bougainvillea, poinsettia and hibiscus mark the 
area. Mornings you can look out from your bed and see the ocean with 
palms swaying in the gentle ocean breeze. 

Whales can be seen and heard in the late fall through April. 

You will be within a short walking distance to many fine 
restaurants, one is onsite, fun gift shops and the beautiful 
Liliokalani Park, and Ice Ponds

A sandy beach with underground streams of fresh water is 
within a 3 minute walk. Sailboats are moored in the bay. Many

The Thermal Hot Springs are nearby, where locals swim in healing 
waters that are heated volcanically and cooled by the ocean waters. 
There are beaches within 3 to 30 minutes, and the ocean cliffs are a 
few minutes away. Trails for jogging and biking, ATV'ing are nearby 
also. 

Snorkeling areas in Kapoho Tide Pools and the Champagne Pools are a 
half hour away and not crowded.

Located 1/2 hour from Volcano National Park, Hot pond, Champagne 
Pond, Tide Pools and near a good place to watch whales in the 
winter. The property is also 47 miles from the visitors center on 
Mauna Kea.

Other than sitting out on the Lanai and Taking in the Spectacular 
Ocean Views the area offers.... Hiking, ATV'ing, Horse Back Riding, 
Air, Land, and Sea Tours, Biking, Cinemas, Museums, Golf, Tennis,
