Our condo is located in The Ledges. It is a walk-in (no steps) level
from the parking lot and is a second story level on the deck side.
It overlooks the main channel and has a wonderful view.
We've decorated and furnished it with things we think our guests
will enjoy and make them feel welcome. We've furnished a number of
video tapes, books, games, & brochures of close by activities. We've
even furnished some fishing tackle and a small tackle box containing
a few lures, hooks, etc. for the guests that might enjoy that.
The living room has a beautiful view out to the lake. The Living
Room sofa makes into a Queen Sized bed. Here, you would have a 32"
TV (over the decorative fireplace) to enjoy. A DVD/VCR is attached
to this TV. The dining area is immediately behind the sofa.
The master bedroom has a King Size bed, private bath/shower with
double lavatory, TV, VCR, Desk, and chair and it's own entrance onto
the screened in deck.
The deck can be accessed from either the Living Room or the Master
Bedroom and is screened in so bugs won't bother when you wish to
enjoy the outdoors and/or cook on the gas BBQ.
The second bedroom also has a King Size bed and a TV/VCR
combination.
The kitchen has a range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee
maker, blender, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. It is fully
equipped.
Laundry area contains washer, dryer, water heater, furnace, and
FISHING TACKLE!
All the linens, towels (except beach towels), and wash clothes are
furnished.
