can be used anytime of year. If you join interval international you 
can exchange your week and are gurantee to get a one or two bedroom 
for your exchange anywhere in the book. This timeshare is deeded 
property so you can pass it down to your children. The maintenance 
charges for the property are 460's a year which is to be paid to the 
Flag Ship every year. I am selling this week for 19,500 obo. I am
