There is a bus that will pick you up in the parking lot for skiing at 
Loon Mtn.

This condo is in the perfect location with loads to do.  Just a mile 
from Loon Mtn, Cannon Mtn is 15 minutes and Waterville Valley is 
about 1/2 hour away.  There are hundres of miles of snowmobile trails 
and hiking trails, mountain biking and crosscountry skiing.  
Atrractions including Whales's Tail Water Parek, The Polar Caves, 
Clark's Bears, Santa's Village, Story Land.  Loon Mountain is a year 
round facility offering downhill and cross country skiing, 
snowboarding, ice skating, horseback riding, mountain bikeing and 
skate board park.

Rates are:
$150 per night midweek
$200 per night weekends
$1000 per week
$7,000 per winter season

We would consider a home exchange for this property.  It is a second 
home so it does not have to be a simulaneous exchange.  We are open 
to an exchange anywhere any time.  We have exchanged one other time.  
We are a couple with 2 grown children who may or may not travel with 
us.
