This private home is in 1535 Apple Valley Road, Tahoe, California - 
96150. This three bedroom home sleeps 9 and comes complete with a 
private hot tub and foozball table!  Enjoy the views of the 
surrounding forest while sipping coffee on your large back deck!  
There are 5 TV's and 5 VCR's - so no one has to fight for the 
remote!  A fenced back yard provides an extra convenience for 
families.

$450/night, 4 night minimum:  Christmas, New Year's Day 
One night security deposit 
$200 cleaning fee 
50% of fee due at time of booking.  Remainder due one month prior to 
reservation.
