This corner penthouse ocean front spacious Condo with a wrap around
Lanai has a view to die for with the finest view in the South Pacific
with more than a 200 degree view of Kaanapali Beach, Maui's finest
Beach together with spectacular views of Lanai, Molokai, Kaanapali
Beach and the West Maui Mountains. Floor to ceiling windows enable
you to have unobstructed ocean views from the bedrooms, living room,
dining room and kitchen. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms and
the living room with a CD player and VCR to give you many
entertainment options. The kitchen is fully equipped, newly remodeled
with white cabinets and white granite countertops. In the master
bedroom you have a washer and dryer to make doing your laundry easy.
The grounds contain an ocean front heated swimming pool which has
just been remodeled and a newly enlarged 10 foot diameter hot tub. On
the lower level in Tower I is a sauna and a fully equipped exercise
room. Tennis courts are behind Tower I and a business center is in
the lobby. The courtyard over the underground garage is being
refurbished with replacement of the waterproofing membrane and a
complete redesign of the courtyard to include a larger koi pond with
a waterfall and interlocking pavers making up the new walkways. The
courtyard will be about 80% completed by Christmas. A new driveway
leading up to the Porte Cochere will be complted by Christmas as
well. The Whaler sits in the middle of the most spectacular wide
white sand beach on Maui with options of swimming, snorkeling, scuba
diving, boogie boarding, surfing, sailing, or fishing just a few
feet from the door of the Condo.
Within easy walking distance there are two world class golf courses,
at least a dozen restaurants, five hotels, five other condominium
projects and The Whaler's Village shopping center which has
upscale shops, and a whaling museum as well as several restaurants. A
paved promenade allows easy strolling along Kaanapali beach from the
Hyatt to the Sheraton. Free Trolley service sallows you to ride
between all the properties on Kaanapali Beach.
Lahaina,The Historic Whaling Capital of the Pacific is three miles
away and contains historic buildings dating from the early to
mid 1800s including an old jail, and homes of some of the early
missionarys plus shops, art galleries, restaurants, movie theaters,
live theatre and magic show productions.

The condo is equipped with 3 TV's including a 37 inch flat screen
HDTV and a 32 inch TV with cable connection plus a CD player, DVD
player, and VCR. There are two phone lines with voice mail and free
high speed internet connection. The newly remodeled kitcheon has
granite countertops, a four burner ceramic stove top, full size
oven, microwave oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, blender,
automatic coffee pot and a full set of pots, pans, cooking utinsels,
dishes and cutlery. There are two bathrooms one with a tub and
shower and washer and dryer, the other with a walk in shower. The
lanai has three chaise lounges, plus a dining table and chairs. On
the property there is a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis
courts, sauna, spa, business center, and underground covered parking.

Accross the street from the Whaler is one of two championship golf
courses within easy walking. Next door is the Whaler's Village with
an assortment of upscale shops,several restaurants, and a whaling
museum. Three miles away is the historic whaling capital of Hawaii,
Lahaina with its many shops, restaurants, live entertainment, magic
shows, and movie theaters along with many historic buildings. From
Lahaina's harbor you can chose to take the ferry to Lanaii or take a
boat to go fishing, sightseeing, snorkeling, or diving.

Special construction rate of $400/night is available from November
16, 2008 to December 6, 2008.
Not available December 7 to January 31, 2009.
February 1, 2009 to April 15, 2009 rate is $710 per night.
April 16,to June 19, 2008 rate is $630 per night.
June 20, 2009 to August 20, 2009 rate is $710 per night.
For stays of 10 nights or more except during February there is a
discount of $20 per night. A deposit of $1000 is due within 7 days
of booking and full payment (which includes the state tax of
11.416%) along with a refundable damage deposit of $500 is due 60
days prior to the first day of occupancy. There is a check in fee
of $50 for the first night plus $5 per night to a maximum of $125
which is charged by the Front desk along with a parking
charge of $12 per night. In case of cancellation a full refund is
given as
long as writtten notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more
before the first day of occupancy. After that refunds will be given
according to our ability to rebook the unit less a cancellation fee
of $250 and any commissions paid for rerenting the unit.
