This is a beautiful cabin located at a 3200 ft elevation. You will
be surrounded by nature and the light from the stars.
The cabin has a pool table in the downstairs room with a Tv/dvd/and
a full bath.The hot tub is on the deck with a
beautiful view of the mountain range. The cabin is open and provides
lots of windows. There is a loft that has a futon and a set of bunk
beds for sleeping arrangements for 3. The cabin could sleep up to 9.
You can bring your lap top and
connect to the internet. Should you decide to leave the cabin the
drive down the mountain is beautiful. You will pass goats and
horses, christmas tree farms and trout streams. Once down you are
only minutes from Waynesville and MAggie Valley. In Maggie Valley an
old time favorite is there for the whole family to enjoy- GHOST
TOWN! Back at the cabin you will also enjoy a
gas fireplace with gas logs for easy enjoyment. OUtside you can
build a huge bond fire and roast hot dogs while you enjoy the night
air with your family. Please

Weekly rates- 1000.00 Plus 10% tax and $100.00 cleaning fee
Nightly rates- 145.00 plus 60.00 spa charge, 100.00 cleaning fee and
10% tax
Deposit is $200.00 to hold the cabin. Full amount due 30 days before
arrival
Pet FEE is 100.00 per pet only 2 pets allowed- this is non
refundable.

I have never been involved in a home exchange so I am not sure what
to say. I would need room for up to 6 or as little as 4. I can
travel any time of the year for up to 12 days at a time. I have a
small pet that may come with me but does not have to. I like the
ocean, mountains, country side. I have never traveled outside of the
US but I would like to.
