This second sitting area is perfect for families or groups to have 
separate conversation areas or competing TV/movie interests.

A huge, open kitchen complete with granite countertops/stainless 
steel appliances and all the cooking necessities and more... is open 
to the dining area and great room. This spacious plan allows everyone 
in the family or group to enjoy the conversation without feeling left 
out. A large screen TV with DVD/VCR/CD ROM and stereo are over 
the "instant on" fireplace in the great room along with a large 
sectional sofa, and a game table with chairs perfect for a puzzle or 
a marathon game of chess. A large, screened, back porch has fabulous 
views of the marsh and marina from cushioned exterior sofas for 
conversation and good times.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and three full baths and ALL bedrooms 
have their own access to a porch! The large master bedroom retreat

includes a king-size bed and a sitting area with views of the marsh 
and marina. The room also includes a desk with internet access for 
the workaholic who just cannot stop even at the beach, and bath with 
his-and-her vanities, a jetted tub, and large shower and private 
water closet. The second king bedroom also includes a private bath, 
TV/VCR, and access to the private porch. The third upstairs bedroom 
with two bunk beds, one with a trundle (5 total twin beds) and TV/VCR 
perfect for children and teens. A upper back-side screen porch with 
recliners makes the perfect place to talk, view the marsh, and relax 
before bed.

An outside shower makes it convenient to rinse off returning from the 
beach. A large garage allows covered parking during your stay for up 
to 4 cars, with an additional 2 in the driveway. 

This home is located on a 3000-acre, gated island which is known 
nationwide for its scenic beauty, friendly wildlife (deer, 
alligators, birds and more), and three-and-one-half miles of 
uncrowded beaches. The pace on Fripp is "golf cart" speed which 
relaxes even the most stressed executive.

The island has two designer golf courses - Ocean Creek, designed by 
Davis Love, III - which our cottage fronts and Ocean Point, designed 
by George W. Cobb. Golf instruction is available for both adults and 
kids as young as four years of age.

includes all the information you will need about your stay in our 
home; activities both on and off the island to ensure that you make
