This 4 bedroom home includes a bedroom (queen-size) on the main floor 
with a full bath which includes a tall ADA toilet and a 3' door for 
access to the bath to make vacation for older guest more enjoyable. 
An open kitchen complete with granite countertops/stainless steel 
appliances and all the cooking necessities and more... is open to the 
dining area and great room. 

This spacious plan allows everyone in the family or group to enjoy 
the conversation without feeling left out by featuring both a great 
room and a den. A large screen TV with DVD/VCR/CD ROM and Stereo are 
over the "instant on" fireplace in the great room along with a large 
sectional sofa, and a game table with chairs perfect for a puzzle or 
a marathon game of chess. 

A large screened back porch has both a picnic table with benches and 
2 rockers and a rocking double settee for conversation and good 
times. There is also a large den on the main floor complete with 
TV/VCR, desk with WIRELESS T-1 Internet access and a queen sleep sofa 
bed. This second sitting area is perfect for families or groups to 
have separate conversation areas or competing TV/Movie interests.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and ALL bedrooms have their own 
access to a porch! There is bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 total twin 
beds)/TV/VCR perfect for children and teens. A guest room with queen-
size bed, TV/VCR, and rocker for relaxing. The large master bedroom 
retreat and bath measures the length of the home! 

This master retreat includes a king-size bed, sitting area with table 
and chair. The room also includes a desk with internet access for the 
workaholic who just can't stop even at the beach, and bath with his 
and her vanities, a jetted tub and large shower and private WC. A 
upper back-side screen porch with recliners makes the perfect place 
to talk, listen to the ocean, and relax before bed.

An outside shower makes it convenient to rinse off returning from the 
beach. A large garage allows covered parking during your stay. 
Additionally, our driveway allows plenty of parking to accommodate 
larger groups or guests during your stay.

This home is located on a 3000 acre, gated island which is known 
nation-wide for its scenic beauty, friendly wildlife (deers, 
alligators, birds and more), and 3-1/2 miles of uncrowded beaches. 
The pace on Fripp is "golf cart" speed which relaxes even the most 
stressed executive. 

The island has two designer golf courses-Ocean Creek, designed by 
Davis Love, III -which our cottage fronts and Ocean Point, designed 
by George W. Cobb. Golf instruction is available for both adults and 
kids as young as 4 years of age.
