tennis, volleyball & basketball courts, quoit and horseshoe pits,

Queen, Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen, Bedroom 3 - 1 Double, Loft - 2 Sleep 
futons; there is a queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living 
room in front of the fireplace.

Two bathrooms: 1st floor bathroom has tub and shower; 2nd floor 
bathroom has shower stall.

9% sale tax (6% PA + 3% Monroe County) All prices/ fees subject to

Security deposit 1/2 of rental price required - will be returned 
within two weeks after inspection of rental property. 

A $100.00 Cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if 
house is not left as clean as it was found - no exceptions. 

Must be 25 years of age to rent - No Smoking; No Pets and No Parties -
all strictly enforced - Copy of valid driver's license required

Check in time is 3:00 pm/check out time is 11:00 am (this is usually 
negotiable)
