SEASIDE PARK, NJ is on a peninsula 4 to 6 blocks wide. A
leisurely stroll east and the ocean will rush upon your feet after
walking on the beautiful white sandy beach.
The Boardwalk is over 3 miles long with 1.5 miles of
amusement rides for adults & children, arcades, two inside
carousels, restaurants serving pizza, fresh seafood, corn, sausage &
peppers, salt water taffy & candy makers, casual to fine dining. A
mini water park, putt-putt golf, fishing, para-sailing, jet skiing,
surfing, fishing, crabbing, boat cruises, bicycling are additional
activities.
On the southern tip is Island Beach State Park which offers 9
miles of natural habitat, tours of the areas natural history are
available.
New York City is 1.5 hours north and can be reacheed by car,
train or bus.
