for your dog to enjoy the outdoors when needed.

Tucson is a great place to visit anytime of the year, but especially
from October thru May when the weather is cooler than the summertime
highs, but warmer than the northern climes. If you are looking for a
less expensive vacation, don't over look Tucson during the shoulder
seasons. They are Tucsons best seasons.
Tucson is filled with things to keep you busy (visit our website) when
you're not basking in the sun. Day trips include:
* The incredible Sonoran Desert Museum
* Hiking trails in the mountains and the foothills
* Art galleries in Tucson, Bisbee and Tubac
* San Xavier del Bac and Tumaccacori Missions

Tucson has the best family style sonoran mexican food in the
southwest. Many of the restaurants are family owned; still run by Nana
and Tata in the kitchen.
Tucson is a cylcists paradise with year round cycling throughout the
city, and through the national monuments bordering the city.
Tucson is also a great place to go hiking. Numerous trails exist in:
* The Santa Cantalina mountains north of Tucson
* The Saguaro Monuments on the east and west sides of Tucson
* Madera Canyon in the Santa Rita mountains south of Tucson
* Birdwatching areas in the Santa Ritas, and the Huachuca Mountains
Starting the last week of January, Tucson hosts the annual Gem and
Mineral Show attended by vendors from around the world selling every
type of gem or mineral under the sun. It is the largest such show in
the world. The big event of the Gem Show is held the second week of
February annually.
