Water's Edge is a comfortable beachfront island home, with an 
excellent location.  It is on the "sunset" side of the island close 
enough to Georgetown for shopping, dining, etc., yet only 4 miles 
from the airport. This island home is easy to get to and is nicely 
located off of the main highway so that you can enjoy the peace and 
quiet most people come to Exuma for.

A full time CONCIERGE is included in the rate.  She will greet you at 
the airport, show you to the house, introduce you to all of the 
amenities of the home and the local area.  She will book you a 
fishing trip, boat rental or boating trip or sightseeing excursion.  
She will even cook you an authentic Bahamian meal in the house at 
your request.  She will purchase groceries and have them waiting for 
you at the house for your arrival.  She is on-call at all times to 
meet all of your needs.

Fully-equipped kitchen with bar area and dining area, open floor 
plan great for entertaining. Wrap-around porch facing water and 
beautiful sunsets.  Washer/Dryer included.  Access to small marina 
and sandy beach close by. Beachfront Cabana, swimming 
pool, outside showers and restroom, and grilling area.  A 
well-designed and well-built home with high-quality furnishings and 
appliances.  Central air conditioning, of course.

Included with weekly rental is use of owners' 
comprehensive "guidebook" detailing best beaches, restaurants, 
diving options, fishing references, snorkeling spots, etc.
Also included is the use of a tandem kayak.
