Our 4 person outdoor hot tub is the perfect place to relax and watch
the moon rise after a busy day of fishing or enjoying the local
sights. Perhaps a cozy fire by the lake-roasting some hot dogs or
S'mores with the children or just enjoy the varied wildlife.

4 bedrooms: Upstairs Master, King Bed, Dorm 3 bunks, double on bottom
single on top.  Downstairs 1st bedroom queen bed, 2nd double bed. 
Full bath on each floor, upstairs bath with whirlpool tub.  All bed
linens provided.

Full Kitchen including dishwasher, all cooking equipment, dishes,
linens. Laundry room with washer/dryer, gas heat and hot water.  4
TV's dvd/vhs/lots of movies/ satellite(Dish)

Private Dock, row boat, 2 kayaks, paddle boat. Lots of patio
furniture, large gas grill, charcoal grill also.  3 large picnic
tables, 2 cedar swings.  1 mile from Black River Marina if boat launch
is needed.

Black Lake is classified "ALL SPORTS" at 10,300 acres, boasts best
fishing and water sprots, as well as snowmobiling cross country,
downhill skiing and state ORV trails. Snowmobiling trails are all over
with great hunting nearby.

10 Minutes from UAW Premier gold course.  30 minutes from Mackinac
Bridge/Island.  20 minutes from Cheboygan or Onaway. 20 minutes from
Ocqueoc Falls, Cheboygan State Park. Aloha State Park, Onaway State
Park.  3 miles from Lorenzo's Restaurant and Sunny Days Party Store. 
40 Minutes from Boyne Mountain or Harbor Springs Skiing.

Weekly rentals ONLY in Summer Season.  Our week runs from Sunday AM to
Saturday Noon.  No Exceptions. Cyber/Phone reservations held 7 days
until deposit (1/2) and security deposit ($400) are received. 
Weekends or Mid-week rentals OK rest of the year.

Sept - May 30 $200/day  Excluding Holidays
June 1 - August 30 $2700/week
Holidays: Check for availability $350/day
