This is a large 2000 sq ft home (not mobile home), in an exclusive
gated community, The Lake Moovalya Keys on the Colorado River,
located along the Parker Strip, in Parker, Arizona. There is 50
feet of private dock that runs the length of the property, for your
boats - right outside your back door. Drive your boats to the
Bluewater Casino or one of the riverfront restaurants or one of the
floating bars directly from your back door. Easy access to shopping
and fuel both by boat and car. You are about 35 minutes by car to
Lake Havasu.
Huge windows along the entire back of the house provide a panoramic
water view of the canal. The river house has a large covered patio
the runs the width of the house about 45x17, creating a roomy yet
comfortable place, sheltered from the sun, to relax, enjoy friends,
to watch the sun set over the red rocks, and watch other boaters
cruise up and down the canal. The patio includes a propane BBQ,
Chaise Lounge, many chairs, 2 large picnic tables, and
foosball table.

This river house comfortably accommodates up to 10 persons. The
spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full size bed.
The second and third bedrooms both have a queen-size bed plus bunk
beds. There are several extra long sofas as well as a new queen-size
Thomasville sleeper in the living room. There are two full bathrooms
plus an outside shower.

Summer visitors enjoy boating, jet skiing, water skiing,
parasailing, and wakeboarding. Winter visitors enjoy riding
motorcycles and ATV's or just relax, read a book outside and watch
the river float by. You are about 3 miles to the Emerald Canyon Golf
Course. There is fishing on the river and in the canal year round.
There is a free public launch ramp about a mile from the house to
drop your toys in the water.
Restaurants on the river: Roadrunner - food and drinks, games for
the kids, Fox's floating bar - food and drinks, Buckskin Resort -
food/drinks/store/bathing suit shop/video arcade, Badenocks -
breakfast/lunch, Rio Bar and Grill - food/drinks, as well as the
Bluewater Resort and Casino - food/drinks/gambling/shopping/paid
launch ramp/indoor water slide.
