Cancellation Policy:
Reservation canceled less than 90 days prior to reservation date 50% 
of deposit will be forfeited, 60 days prior 100%.

Home exchange would be considered. Exchange would not have to be 
simultaneous. Very interested in ski/snowboard locations and also warm 
winter locations.
