Tahoe City is about 1.5 miles dopwn the road with restaraunts, golf, 
cinema, shopping, and grocery stores. 

Close - hiking, biking, sledding, snowmobiling, rock climbing, cross 
country skiing, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, parasailing, 
wind surfing, and sailing.

Winter/Summer - $625.00 night

Holiday - $800.00 night. Holidays have minimum night stays - please 
call

Off Season - $550.00

A $350.00 cleaning fee, 10% tax and refundable security/damage 
deposit are required in addition to the rental amount. Please - no 
pets.
