homeowners association which offers private beach, pool,6 tennis 
courts and pier in the summer. 
A departure cleaning charge, 10% tax and refundable security/damage 
deposit are required in addition to the nightly rental amount.

cinema, shopping, and grocery stores. 

Close - hiking, biking, sledding, snowmobiling, rock climbing, cross 
country skiing, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, parasailing, 
wind surfing, and sailing.

 

Winter/Summer - $900.00 night

Holiday - $8,000 week. Holidays have minimum night stays - please 
call

Off Season - $900.00

A $400 cleaning fee, 10% tax and refundable security/damage 
deposit are required in addition to the rental amount.
