Lodging Rates for Juneau. 

All rates are for up to 4 people.  Additional occupants are $20 each
per night. Children 12 and under stay FREE.

01May to 01Oct - Summer Rate - Currently $152.00 per night.  Children
12 and under stay FREE.  

02Oct to 30Apr - Winter Rates - Currently $100.00 per night.  Children
12 and under stay FREE.

Refund Policy on Cancellations: A change of a reservation that reduces
the number of days originally reserved is considered a cancellation. A
refund will be issued minus a $45 or 3% service charge (whichever is
higher) for cancellations made before the cancellation deadline.
Cancellation deadlines vary depending on length of stay. Please notify
us immediately if you have to cancel. After the cancellation deadline
NO REFUNDS are given unless we can rebook the canceled days. 

Stays of 1 to 20 days require a 30 day notice of cancellation. After
30 days from the arrival date NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Stays of 21 days or more require a 60 day notice of cancellation.
After 60 days from the arrival date NO REFUNDS will be issued.
