The home itself has a welcoming and open living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom on the entry level with access to that great deck. The smaller kitchen is very well equipped. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a full bath and a loft with futon for extra sleeping. This is a great home - the street is pretty level for bike riding with easy access in the winter. The homeowners pool, tennis, beach and pier are available in the summer. Attractions

In the summer enjoy the Dollar Point Homeowner's Association which 
includes pool, tennis courts, and private beach with pier.
 
In the winter...Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, & Homewood Ski Resorts 
are all within 20 minutes or so. Northstar about 25 minutes away. 

Tahoe City is about 1.5 miles dopwn the road with restaraunts, golf, 
cinema, shopping, and grocery stores. 

Close - hiking, biking, sledding, snowmobiling, rock climbing, cross 
country skiing, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, parasailing, 
wind surfing, and sailing.

Rates

Winter/Summer - $300.00 night Holiday - $325.00 night. Holidays have minimum night stays - please call Off Season - $255.00 A 10% tax, $175 departure cleaning fee and $300 refundable security/damage deposit are required in addition to the nightly rate.
