In the summer enjoy the Dollar Point Homeowner's Association which 
includes pool tennis courts private beach with pier.
 
In the winter...Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, & Homewood Ski Resorts 
are all within 20 minutes or so. Northstar about 25 minutes away. 

Tahoe City is about 1.5 miles dopwn the road with restaraunts, golf, 
cinema, shopping, and grocery stores. 

Close - hiking, biking, sledding, snowmobiling, rock climbing, cross 
country skiing, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, parasailing, 
wind surfing, and sailing.

Winter/Summer - $270.00 night

Holiday - $300.00 night. Holidays have minimum night stays - please 
call

Off Season - $220.00

A $210 cleaning fee, 10% tax and $300 refundable security/damage 
deposit are required in addition to the rental amount.
