Long Term Rates: Inquire Reservations - $350 Damage/Cleaning
Deposit required to hold reservations. Full rent payment must be
received
two weeks prior to reserved date.
Cancellations - Full payment with cashier's check, money order or
cash is required when reservations are made less than two weeks prior
to occupancy dates. Cancellations made prior to two weeks before
occupancy will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations
made less than two weeks prior to occupancy will be charged a $100
cancellation fee-(see holiday exceptions). Holiday Cancellation
Policy:
Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day - Cancellations for
these holiday dates made less than two weeks prior to the holiday
dates will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. No Pets for rentals
of less than two weeks. The property is not fully fenced and the
garden contains pet unfriendly cacti. Long term renters may inquire
about making special arrangements for pets. *There is a 3 day
minimum.
