Set in the rolling province of Le Marche, Casa McQueens is a 
beautiful traditional Italian farmhouse, lovingly restored by Kally 
Ellis and Ercole Moroni of top London florist McQueens.
The house is nestled on a hill, five minutes' drive from the 
historic and picturesque medieval town of Belvedere Ostrense. It's a 
peaceful haven just 25 minutes from the coast, and the wide, 
welcoming beaches of Senigallia on the Adriatic.

Casa McQueens has seven bedrooms in total: four double bedrooms, all 
with ensuite bathrooms, a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and 
two spectacular feature bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. The house 
sleeps up to 15 people. 

 It's been furnished with a fine eye for detail. Using traditional 
pieces specially sourced over the past three years, the house 
retains a rustic charm of its own, while still incorporating the 
latest creature comforts including satellite TV and DVD player, CD 
players and internet link. 

The house has: 

 . a large lounge area. 

 . three kitchens - one large kitchen on the ground floor, a large 
kitchen on the first floor, and a further small kitchen on the first 
floor. They are fully equipped, including dishwashers. There is also 
a washing machine in the laundry room. 

 . two interior dining areas, and a covered exterior dining area 
near the pool 

 . a large infinity pool measuring 14x7m, with diving board, plus a 
poolside lounge area for relaxing and sunbathing 

 . a jacuzzi 

There is a poolside areas with sunloungers and deckchairs for 
relaxing by the pool. There is also a covered exterior dining area, 
and barbecue equipent. Casa McQueens also has a wood-burning oven at 
the front of the house, suitable for cooking pizzas, etc.

Casa McQueens is the ideal location for cookery and art courses, 
flower demonstrations, wine-tastings, weddings and corporate 
functions and events. 

 Additional services available on request and by prior arrangement 
include private chef hire and maid service.

Casa McQueens is just 25 minutes from the coast and the stylish 
adriatic resort of Senigallia

The nearest town, Belvedere Ostrense, is 4km away. Here you'll find 
a selection of shops including a small supermarket, bakery, two 
banks, pharmacy, restaurant, and three bars. 

There also a lot of local attractions and day trips to go on, such 
as the Grotte Di Frassassi, Corinaldo or Urbino

Our rates are as follows

 - High season, the week rate is £3950

 - Mid season, the week rate is £2950

 - Low season, the week rate is £2450

This includes basic maid service and an on site caretaker, if any 
other services are required, for example cook, courses to be taught 
etc, a bespoke rate will be organised

We require a  non-refundable deposit of 10% to secure you booking. 
The balance is then payable at least 1 month before the start of 
your trip.
