This gorgeous, Western-appointed three bedroom townhome includes a 
fully-equipped office and a garage (absolutely essential during 
winter.) Each bedroom has its own color scheme and unique 
personality. Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the third 
bedroom has a comfortable day bed. (If additional privacy is desired, 
the bottom mattress can be placed in the office to improvise a fourth 
bedroom.) There is also a brand-new, queen-size air mattress. 
Additionally, the property boasts a chalet-style vaulted and beamed 
upstairs ceiling, a romantic fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen 
(including dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, microwave, blender, 
pancake griddle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, Brita pitcher water 
filtration system, dishes, utensils, etc.), and a full-size washer 
and dryer. Enjoy the fantastic view from the large, elevated, redwood 
deck which offers furniture, a barbeque, and an outdoor fireplace. 
The spacious, beautifully landscaped, grassy back yard affords plenty 
of room for kids to comfortably and safely play outdoors in the 
summer and build snowmen in the winter. Every window at the property 
has a mountain view! Abundant towels and linens are provided in 
addition to many extras (children/adult/cook books, indoor/outdoor 
toys/games, cowboy hats, etc.) 

A vehicle is definitely not necessary at this property. It is an 
easy stroll to numerous shops, restaurants, and picnic areas. There 
is also FREE shuttle service available continuously throughout the 
town of Jackson with shuttle stops about a block away. You do not 
have to stay almost half an hour out-of-town at remote Teton Village, 
or several miles out-of-town at The Aspens, The Racquet Club, Teton 
Pines, or Wilson. You can have this outstanding in-town location 
between the ball park/playground and the charming, creekside jogging 
path/nature trail, while being only a few blocks away from the famed 
Town Square and Snow King Ski Resort:

Weekly rates are based on 7 days/6 nights. Simply prorate any 
additional nights.  Please note that there is a non-negotiable 5 
NIGHT MINIMUM at this property.  There is a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM for 
reservations from December 20th through December 31st.  {Our Big Sky, 
Montana property, just on the other side of Yellowstone National 
Park, has only a 3 night minimum!  It offers an indoor heated pool,

Check-in can commence on any day of the week, if available.

Holiday Premiums: Please add $25 to EACH night if a reservation 
includes the night of a national holiday. Please add $30 to EACH 
night if a reservation includes the night of MLK Day, President's 
Day, Labor Day, or Thanksgiving. Please add $35 to EACH night if a 
reservation includes the night of July 4, Christmas, or New Year's 
{$70 if both Christmas and New Year's.}

real Christmas tree {and the entire townhome} prior to your holiday 
arrival for a fee of $250. This includes the purchase, set up, take

50% deposit due to confirm reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to 
arrival date.  {60 days for "Summer" reservations.}  REFUNDABLE 
damage deposit {25% of base rental amount} due with balance.  This is 
standard policy of all PayPal merchants since we do not have our 
guests' credit card information for collateral, as stated above.
