Three story beach house located between Galveston and Freeport, Texas 
at San Luis Pass. Incredible western views of Cold Pass and beautiful 
sunsets. Wrap around porch with five rocking chairs and one rocking 
bench. Two indoor kitchens with four refrigerators and three full 
baths. Four bedrooms with three queen beds, six single beds and 
twelve bunk beds. Pool table, Dish Network in all bedrooms, living 
rooms,game room and fishing pier, six dvd/vcr players, eight 
televisions,coke machine filled with one case each of diet A&W ,  
Root beer diet Dr. Pepper, Fresca, Classic Coke,  Big Red, Ozarka 
water and one case of your favorite drink all for one nickle each. 
Also included is a poker table and chips, blackjack table with chips 
and six deck card shoe, Las Vegas slot machine (sorry, tokens only) 
four radio/cd players and an old theater pop corn machine with all 
the popcorn you can eat. Also included is  Playstation 2 video 
console with games. Over 400 vhs and dvd movies.

Huge 6000 watts of lighted fishing pier on Cold Pass includes 
spa, full bar, cable tv, freezer, ice maker, large stainless grill 
and rotisserie, live well for fish, fish cleaning table, crab and 
perch traps,two showers, radio/cd player, porch swing, two sinks, 
covered boat lift, gazebo, three tables, benches and chairs. Second 
gazebo on shore includes full bar with sink, large barbeque pit 
smoker, refrigerator, stereo, fire pit, propane burners with large 
cooking pots, porch swing, hammock, table and chairs. The best part 
of this house is the collections of hats, bottles, beer cans, mugs 
signs, neon lights etc .

Towels and linens are furnished. 

House comes fully furnished including two indoor kitchens and one 
outdoor kitchen,all cookware,utensils,dishes, (also disposable plates 
and utensils for those who don't like washing dishes)washer and 
dryer,toiletries,linens,towels and all spices for cooking,barbequeing 
or grilling.First floor and pier are wheelchair accessible.House 
sleeps 17.

courses,kayak and jet ski rentals.

A weekly rental is normally from 5:00pm on a Friday until 12:00pm the 
following Friday. We will try to accommodete other days if possible. 
Reservations for less than a week are considered within 30 days of

*CLEANING FEE;If you would prefer not to clean the house before you 
leave,the cleaning service we use charges $125.00 which will be 
deducted from the security deposit.
                                                             
*SECURITY/HOLD DEPOSIT:$500.00 deposit for weekly rentals. If no 
claims are made, security deposit will be refunded within one week  
to 30 days after lease term ends.Security deposit must be received
