Pond Bay and a serene mile long dirt road/bike path alongside the Bay 
that ends at the open ocean of Menauhant Beach on Vineyard Sound.  It 
is close to beautiful golf courses, good fishing, nature preserves, 
seaside bike trails, and a crystal clear lake within a deep pine 
forest with lifeguards, picnic areas, a rope swing over the water, 
beach volleyball court, horseshoe pits and hibachi's. 

The cottage is also within walking distance to:
-Joe's Miniature Golf Driving Range, 
-The free Falmouth Commodore Cape Cod Baseball League Home Games
-The quaint Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard
-A bowling/amusement center
