This townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 3 story unit. The third 
floor has 2 bedrooms, one with King-size bed, the other with 2 twin 
beds. This floor has a full bath. There is a small view of the lake 
from this level. The middle floor has fully-equiped kitchen, dining 
room and living room with TV, DVD and stereo. This level has 1/2 
bath and an outside deck with a grill. The lower level bedroom has 
King-size bed with a full bath. Every bedroom has a TV. There are 2 
tennis courts, heated pool, hot tub, ping pong and pool table at the 
clubhouse for you to enjoy as part of your stay. The townhouse is 
located less than 1 mile from the casinos, 1/3 mile from Nevada 
Beach at the lake and less than 2 miles from the Heavenly Ski 
Gondola. If you rent for 5 or more nights, we will waive the

Day.  Rates are $225.00 per night.
Low Season = any other time.  Rates are $160.00 per night.
Christmas and New Years rates are $325 per night.

payment is received.
There is a cleaning fee of $125.00 per stay and the rental tax is 10%
