Come to the  mountains of Colorado for a wonderful vacation.  We have 
six cabins we rent out to groups, reunions, weddings, or we will rent 
them on an individual basis.  We ask that you rent by the week, but 
we will also take 3 night visits.  We do not do single night stays 
because of the cleaning fee.  If you need a one night stay please add 
$50.00 to the bill for the cleaning.

We are located 1/2 block to the city park and 1 1/2 blocks to the 
lake. Boating, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, hiking, biking 
and so much more.  Come and enjoy the fresh air and stary nights.  We 
have a central court yard and lots of picknick tables and Bar-B-Qs. 
Fire Pit for roasting marshmellows in the evning and enjoy meeting 
others from across the country and the world.  See you in the spring 
or summer of 2007.

One bedroom with queen bed plus bunk beds.  Living room has a fold 
out sofa.  Full kitchen and bath with shower.  Cabins have been 
redone and are real cute. Bar-B-Qs, fire pit, central deck for 
serving a large group.

Boat rentals, horse back riding, fishing, hiking, biking, four 
wheeling, motor scooters and so much more.

Cabins rent from $90.00 per night to $115.00 depending on the size of 
the cabin and if they have been updated.  4 of the six have been 
updated and rent at $115.00 per night. Cabins 1 and 2 rent for $90.00 
per night and are older cabins.  They both have full kitchens and 
bath with shower.
