Saint Mary's College Alumnus opens her home to college football fans 
for Notre Dame home game weekends. Why stay in a cramped hotel when 
you can stay in a cute private home, set in a quiet historic 
neighborhood in South Bend, IN?  Less than 3 miles away from the 
stadium, close to shopping, restaurants, the St. Joseph River and 
many parks.  We have a three bedroom, one bath home for rent 
(Fridays 3:30 pm through Sundays 12:30 pm) during home Notre Dame 
Football games. Screen porch on the back of the house, DIRECTV in 
the living room, den/bedroom and master bedroom, eat-in kitchen, 
dining room and much more!

Breakfast will be provided Saturday and Sunday, fresh linens, 
towels, welcome basket, shampoos and soaps, the weekend editions of 
the South Bend Tribune and local phone calls.  We have a gas grill 
and charcoal grill for your use, microwave, dishwasher, electric 
oven, DVD player, stereo and many more.

Do you have a special request? We will stock the fridge, pantry, 
etc., with whatever you would like. This is an additional fee, just 
be sure to let us know ahead of time.

Rates:

Our rates are $575.00 a night (2 night minimum). We require a 
$300.00 security deposit (refundable) and the full amount due at 
time of reservation.  No refunds for the 2006 home football 
weekends. At this time we only accept cash (no cash in mail), money 
orders or cashier's checks.  ***Available for Notre Dame, Saint 
Mary's event weeks, weekends.***
