The cottage is Gambrell designed, Lindall cedar home built eight feet off the ground to take advantage of the gentle ocean breezes and the stunning views. The cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a full kitchenette. It is fronted by two acres of manicured lawn shaded by a bounty of coconut trees marching majestically to the very shore of the Bay.

Attractions

Close to the SeaMountain Golf Resort and the Punalu'u Park. Take a short drive to hike Southpoint's Green Sand Beach or the Volcanoes National Park (where flowing lava is usually visable every month of the year!). Groceries and restaurants are within a 15-30 minute drive.
