 Summer Rates:
July through October 2006................Starting at: 
$2,400.00/month ( MIN OF 1-MONTH STAY )
 
When renting for a 1-Month period rates are plus the electrical 
utility costs for that month... Note: When renting for 3 or more 
months.. In this case there will be a monthly allowance of  $150.00.. 
If the combined utilities exceed this amount during any month of your 
stay, you only pay the excess amount over the allowance..
 
Please inquire about special long term rental rates for 3 or more 
months starting from October 1, 2006 through August 2007..
NOTE: Minimum rental period is ONE MONTH- 
 
Normal check-in: Saturday after 3:00 PM with Monthly rentals running 
from Saturday to Saturday. Checkout time: by 11:00 AM on the day of 
departure.

This Boynton Beach, Florida rental can accommodate a family of up to 
( 8 ) people in beds or privacy for ( 3 ) couples.  
 
Note: Rates are sligthly higher during weeks / months that contain US 
Holidays.
 
Security Deposit: 
$1000.00/month due in advance. Fully refundable less any excessive 
usage ( cleaning fees ) or damage fees. Note: You are expected to 
take care and clean the home ongoing as if it was your own. If it is 
not left as clean as the day you checked in there will be a $100.00 
cleaning fee deducted from your Security Deposit..
(Note: Additional Pet Security Deposit of $250.00 dollars is required 
if you plan on bringing along your family pet. Per the owners request 
please no pets over 45 lbs pounds) There is also a one time charge of 
$100.00 that is a pet cleaning fee that will be deducted from your 
pet deposit after your stay..
 
Payment of Fees:
 
TO MAKE A RESERVATION: for the requested time frame we require a 50% 
percent down payment of the rentals fees plus the full applicable 
deposit fee. Both of which are due at the time when making a 
Reservation but no closer than ( 30 ) days prior to check-in.. If 
less than 30 days prior to check-in the FULL AMOUNT WILL BE DUE..
 
TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION: the balance of money due must be paid in 
full no later than ( 30 ) days in advance of the arrival date.
