Low Season: $900 per week minimun of 4 night @ $175 per night.
Mid Season: $1000 per week minimum of 4 night @ $200 per night.
High Season: $1200 per week minimum stay.
Holiday Rate (Christmas and Semanta Santa): $1400 per week
All prices in USD and includes tax ~ a security deposit of $250 is 
required with refunds made within 72 hours of departure depending 
upon condition of property.
