We are Pet Friendly, a large fenced in backyard great for dogs also 
fenced in yard great for the children or private parites. A wrap 
around deck a great place to watch friday night fireworks or take a 
mini view of the bay.

There´s plenty of parking for boats, R.V., guest vehicles. Very 
private as no security guards watching over you or your guests... 
come and go as you please.

Our fully equipped kitchen a great way to save money. The whole 
house is great for large groups sharing accomodations, We rent by 
owner, no processing fees or hidden cost. We keep our rates low. 
Speak directly to the owner and not an employee. No extra fees for 
additional guests.

The home has all amenities of a regular simple house.
pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, coffe pots, microwave, 
stove, refrigerator.

The home is nicely set at the center of the island...so it's easy to 
walk to the beach, walk to the bars, walk to shop. 

April and May rates are 200.00 a night 1300.00 a week
June and July rates are much higher 240.00 a night 1500.00 a week.
Aug. rates are 195.00 a night 1200.00 a week
Sept after labor day thru Feb is 150.00 a night 900.00 week or 
1400.00 a month
Holidays have an increase in price.
