newly constructed townhouse overlooks beautiful Lake James. Come and 
visit with friends or family and enjoy a host of activities such as 
water skiing, wake boarding, boating, fishing, hiking, road and 
mountain biking, and much more. Natural sunlight spills through 
windows and glass french doors in 3 bedrooms. The view from each 
bedroom and the main living space is a masterful landscape of smokey 
blue mountains contrasting with the expansive beauty of Lake James. 
Each unit has two-42' decks creating a wonderful terrace that 
overlooks the breath taking lake. 

Area activities abound. Additional nearby activities include, hiking, 
rock climbing, golf, fitness center, mountain biking, miniature golf, 
shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, 
boating, sailing, water skiing, and windsurfing. 
Around the lake there is a picturesque road.  It winds through the 
pastoral beauty of rural Appalachia. Be on the watch for crossing 
families of wild turkey, deer, or the occasional bear with cub. 

 

Not only are the accommodations superb, there are also a number of 
exciting activities to enjoy such as waterskiing, wake boarding, 
boating, fishing, road and mountain biking, and hiking. 

Whether you prefer hiking, biking, golfing, boating, swimming, 
fishing, camping, or just sitting on your deck enjoying views of The 
Blue Ridge Mountains or Lake James. This area offers something for 
the entire family to enjoy. Within a quarter of a mile you have 
access to Lake James' public Black Bear boat ramp. Within a short 
driving distance are: Lake James State Park, Linville Gorge, Golfing, 
Catawba River, Mount Mitchell, Grandfather Mountain, Blue Ridge 
Parkway, and many more scenic areas. Enjoy views overlooking Lake

These Rates are per townhouse. Mid and long-term leases will be 
considered from Sept 1 thru May 31 (e-mail or call for details and 
availability)

Rates (in US Dollars):
Jan-May .............. $1800/week. Plus $100.00 Towels and linens per 
stay, $100.00 cleaning fee, and 7% NC tax.
Jun-Sep .............. $2000/week. Plus $100.00 Towels and linens per 
stay, $100.00 cleaning fee, and 7% NC tax.
Sep-Jan .............. $1800/week. Plus $100.00 Towels and linens per 
stay, $100.00 cleaning fee, and 7% NC tax.
Thanksgiving and Christmas Weeks .............. $2000/week.


Pontoon Boat Rental: $1000/week if renting townhouse or $1400/week if 
not renting townhouse.
Pontoon Boat can also be rented by the day for $250-.


Private Waterskiing & Wake boarding Lessons available $40/set.

Daily rates for the Townhouses:
$300/day Sunday through Thursday
$400/day Fri and Sat
