Price includes your 13% state taxes & standard exit clean.
10% discount on bookings of 6 or more nights. Minimum booking of 
$395. No restriction on start & finish day.
 
Payment: A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking with full 
payment and security deposit due 10 weeks prior to start date of 
booking.

A refundable $250 property loss/security deposit is required 
with final payment.  This will be refunded within 28 days after the 
rental period but subject to notified deductions where there is 
accountable property loss, damage, additional cleaning or unpaid 
charges/fees. 

Cancellation within 10 weeks of the start of the rental, only the 
property loss/security deposit and pool heating payments will be 
refunded.  A full refund of all monies paid will be made where the 
cancellation is received more than 10 weeks in advance of the start 
of the rental.
