Vacation Rental in Canaan Valley, West Virginia. 5 minutes to Canaan 
Valley State Park, Blackwater State Park, Timberline Ski Resort and 
Monongahela National Forest.

Cabin is located 6 miles north of Canaan Valley State Park in Davis, 
WV.  It is a 3 level house in the Northpoint Resort community, 
located mid mountain, with two levels of decking for relaxing and 
looking out at the mountain and valley view.  It is surrounded by 
forests and is a private, end lot with plenty of parking, (4WD is 
recommended in the winter).Close to shops and activities.

Golf, hike or fish in State and National Forests, explore the Canaan 
Valley Wildlife Center, go antique shopping in Davis and Thomas.

Canaan Valley is a year round natural paradise with something for 
everyone!

GPS Coordinates are 39-05'01.85" N and 70-26'33.12 W to the entrance 
to the Northpoint Community.

Our cabin sleeps six and comes fully equipped including gas grill, 
hot tub, fireplace, tv/dvd, video, and stereo, dishwasher and 
washer/dryer and all linens.  There are two bedrooms (2 queen beds) 
and a loft with a full size futon, 2 1/2 baths.  The family 
room/kitchen area has just been upgraded with new wood floors and 
carpets, and picture windows looking out at the valley and ski 
resorts. There is a large lower level deck with hot tub and the 
upper level deck has a gas grill. There are TV's in all bedrooms 
with cable.  Renters will have access to Mirror Lake with fishing, 
swimming and paddle boats and canoes.

Canaan Valley State Park has golf, hiking, camping, skiing, 
iceskating and other activities.  In summer there is mountain 
biking, paintball, geo-caching, picnic areas.

Blackwater Statepark has hiking trails, sledding hills, lake and 
Nature Center.

Timberline Ski Area has challenging slopes for the winter and summer 
mountain biking events.

2009-2010 rates

High Season (December 15 to March 31)  
Daily Rate $155 per night, 3 night minimum.
Weekly Rate $1,500 per week

Holiday Rate (Dec 25-Jan2, MLK weekend, Pres weekend, Columbus 
weekend)
Daily Rate $180 per night, 3 night minimum
$1,850 per week

Low Season (April 15 to December 14)
$145 per night, 2 night minimum
$1,000 per week.

Deposit and Refund Policy,
50% at the time of reservation, $75 cancellation fee if cancelled 
within 3 days of reservation, less than 7 days deposit is forfeited.
