Monthly rates range from $1,200 off season to $2,000 in season ( Jan -

A 10 1/2% ( state and resort tax) is applicable per rental for all 
rentals of hotel, motels, condo's or homes with rentals under 6 
months. I do accept Paypal which allows for persons to use a credit 
card but an additional 3% fee is charged.  Some people like to pay 
their 20% booking deposit with paypal and pay the remainder upon 
arrival. I am happy to mail out information and the rental agreement 
for you to look over. A $200 security deposit is taken and returned 
the day of your departure in cash.
