Welcome to our Casa in the Canyon View Estates neighborhood of the
greater Green Valley, Arizona desert. It is the largest model, in our
neighborhood, with an open airy atmosphere, terra cotta colors throughout,
and fabulous Santa Rita mountain views from the patio, kitchen and
dining/living room.

Canyon View is a 55 plus quiet, retirement community located close to
grocery stores, Library, great restaurants, Post Office, 20 minutes from
Tucson and the Tucson airport. The surrounding neighborhoods are
perfect for walking and biking, with some raw desert trails to discover.

We have furnished our Casa with all the techie comforts of home such
as cordless phones, laser printer, three TVs - one
with built in VCR and one with attached VCR/DVD player and several VHS
movies - cable service to all, CD player with a selection of music
CDs, and a bathroom scale.
High speed internet access with Wi-Fi optional.
All towels, linens and extra comforters are freshly stacked in each
bedroom closet.
The cool, terra-cotta kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, disposal,
refrigerator with ice and filtered water on the door, RO water at the
kitchen sink, electric range and oven, and completely equipped with
dishes and cooking accoutrements and a washer and dryer and ten speed
bike in the garage. We have also included the necessary small
appliances such as toaster oven, and a blender for those Margaritas on
the porch. There is also a charcoal Weber grill and stack lighter for
your grilled dinners at sunset.
All you need to bring are your personal items and be ready to enjoy
the beautiful desert. We think we have thought of everything, but let
us know if there is something we have forgotten.
