The spacious, two-story duplex home was built in the fall of 2006 in 
the Golf Villas of Torreon Community. The downstairs includes a full 
kitchen, dining area, living room with reclining leather couch, 2 
bedrooms (one king bed, two twin beds) and 2 full baths. A furnished 
patio is just outside the living room. The upstairs consists 
of a loft with a queen sofa sleeper, bedroom (king bed) with balcony 
and full bath. 
The vacation rental includes the unlimited use of our golf membership 
to Torreon's 36-hole course for a family of four (two adults, two 
children under age 23 years). Each round per designated member is $25. 
Cart fees not included ($18). All other guests pay guest fees. Golf is 
available from April until Thanksgiving. 
During winter, snow skiing is available at Ski Sunrise, approximately 
40 minutes away.
