Our 3 bedroom NO SMOKING family cottage is situated on beautiful 
Lake Muskoka, 8 km from Bala. The western exposure gives a beautful 
view of the Lake and sunsets. The kitchen and bathroom are recently 
renovated with brand new furniture in the kitchen. A gradual sloping 
natural sand beach gives a safe place for children to learn to swim. 
Private dock and rowboat are included. There is dockage for boats 
but no sea-doos or similar watercraft please.

the Segwun and Wenonah II (Note: Cruise not included in rental.

Santa's Village is located near Bracebridge about 25 km from cottage 
which is fun for children.

$1,200 per week during July and August and $750 per week off season
$600 Deposit to hold cottage required
$250 Security deposit
