overlooking small patio with table and chairs for outside dining.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and double oven, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and breakfast bar seating
for two people. Luxury bathroom with nickel fitments, tiled floor and
walls, featuring large bath, walk-in shower, two wash basins with
feature mirrors, bidet,ladder towel rail and toilet. Second bedroom
has twin beds, chest of drawers and shelving. The main bedroom has a
wrought iron king size bed, a wall of mirrored wardrobes and storage,
chest of drawers and t.v. The house is fully equipped with towels,
tea towels, linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, ovenware,
iron/ironing board. The decor is neutral and the furnishings reflect
clean contemporary lines.
The house is in an ideal situation being 5 minutes walk from the
beach and seafront, and two minutes from the main shopping street and
a large Waitrose. Brighton railway station is a 15 minute walk and
Churchill Square Shopping Mall is a 10 minute walk. There are a
variety of restaurants and pubs nearby and a frequent bus service
runs from the bottom of the street. Local attractions such as
Brighton Pier, The historic Royal Pavilion, The famous Lanes and
North Lanes areas are within a 15 minute walk. There is an open air
childrens play area with sandpit and paddling pool within a 10 minute
walk. Brighton's clubs and bars are a 15 minute walk away. No need
for taxi's! Tennis can be played at nearby St Ann's Wells Gardens
which also features lawn green bowls. There is also windsurfing,
bowls and tennis on Hove seafront and the King Alfred leisure centre
has an indoor swimming pool with children's water feature and a
bowling alley. Hove Museum has some great exhibitions and good old
fashioned tea rooms. Take the open top bus along the seafront to
Rudyard Kipling's quaint village of Rottingdean complete with duck
pond or visit the highest point in Brighton, Devil's Dyke. Visit
Brighton's famous Marina with its shops, bars, restaurants and Walk
of Fame featuring local celebrities 'Stars' in the pavement.
Brighton's beautiful Theatre Royal has many West End productions and
The Dome in the grounds of The Royal Pavilion hosts a selection of
concerts from Classical to Rock and varied lectures. Alternatiive
comedy, music and film are in abundance at venues all over the City.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday but if you want to arrive on
other days please ask and we will try to accommodate you. SHORT
BREAKS are available (min 3nts) at £150 per night but NOT in the
High Season of July, August, Christmas, New Year, Easter or other
peak periods. Arrival time is 2pm and departure 10am. The property
is cleaned and fresh linen and towels provided prior to guests
arrival. Should you require additional cleaning this is available by
prior arrangement at an extra charge
