you are in your own private home. The large master bedroom with 
private bath has a king sized bed, cable TV, and a VCR and DVD 
player, and opens to a quiet sunny patio.

The large living and dining area with a vaulted ceiling gives you 
the 
room you want to relax or entertain and also opens to the patio.  It 
has plenty of comfortable seating for watching TV, reading or 
browsing the internet with high speed access.  If you are a large 
group or want to have guests, the dining area seats 6-8 comfortably.
 The huge kitchen with washer and dryer has been completely 
renovated 
with all new ceramic tile floors, cabinets, and counter tops. If you 
like to cook you will love this space. Even if you don’t like to 
cook 
you will enjoy being in this kitchen. 
The parking area is right outside the door and that includes 
handicapped parking as well.

Palmetto Dunes boasts 3 world class golf courses, premiere tennis 
facilities, beautiful beaches and more.
You can just walk out our back door and go a few hundred feet to 
your 
choice of pools, the Robert Trent Jones golf course, driving range, 
and practice course. A little further along visit the tennis courts 
and our wonderful country store where you can get supplies or your 
morning coffee. 

 We feel once you stay here you will want to return again and again.

Trent Jones golf course, and the tennis center from your back door. 

Washer and Dryer high-speed internet access, and cable in the 
bedrooms as well as in the main living are has been added for the

complex to choose from, or take a short walk to our beautiful 
private 
beach.

Walk our beautiful beach relax at one of our many swimming pools, 
kayak or canoe through our 11 miles of winding lagoons. If golf is 
your passion, try one of our own championship golf courses or visit 
one of the 23 other on the island. 
Area: DON’T FORGET our free shuttle bus which operates March 21- 
September 10 is available to take you around the resort as well as 
Shelter Cove. Just give them a call and you will be picked at your 
front door. Take advantage of all the area has to offer. We are a 
short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach, 3 award winning golf 
courses, several pools, 25 tennis courts, beautiful l and marina, 11 
miles of lagoon for you to glide along, 6 miles of bike paths, a
